En el ojo podemos estudiar la circulaci\u00f3n del iris, de la retina y de la coroides. Se utilizan medios de contraste diferente de acuerdo a la circulaci\u00f3n en estudio. Por ejemplo para estudiar la circulaci\u00f3n del iris y la retina se utiliza la fluoresceina. Para estudiar la circulaci\u00f3n de la coroides se usa la indocianina verde. Nuestro angi\u00f3grafo, fabricado por Heidelberg Engineering, es el \u00fanico en el pa\u00eds con capacidad de realizar angiograf\u00eda con indocianina verde. Adem\u00e1s es el \u00fanico en el pa\u00eds que capta im\u00e1genes de campo amplio. Con los angi\u00f3grafos tradicionales \u00fanicamente se captan 50 grados del fondo de ojo.
